Winning Entry at IDC – D’source Corona Design Challenge

Vijay Gasti (M Des 2020-22) won the D’source Corona Design Challenge. ‘Corona: The Journey Begins’ is a comic strip, which comprises character design for IDC IIT Bombay D’source Corona Design Challenge. It has been selected as the winning entry in the category of Animation Design. The story revolves around the daily activities happening at the beginning of the pandemic, covid is portrayed as a skull with a one-eyed face, using his cape that makes him invisible to the naked eye, which represents the early stage of the pandemic where everyone was uncertain of things happening in the world.
