Mandatory Instructions for the Online Screening Test on 29/4/2023 for the M Des Regular (self-sponsored) and M Des by Practice category is as follows:

Materials required:

Two A4 sheets, Pencils, Eraser, color (any medium), Scale, and Sketch pen etc.

• All the illustrations / drawings /representations should be hand-drawn
• Do not use any digital media
• Duration of the test is 1 hour
• At the end of the examination, candidates have to scan the answer sheets (two A4); create a single PDF file and upload the file in the Google Form shared. File size should be less than 10 MB. (Any desktop office tools or online options such as ilovePDF can be used.
• Answer sheets (single PDF file) must be uploaded by 10:15 am.

Important Notes:

• Examination link will be provided 15 minutes before the scheduled time (9:00 am to 10:00 am). Please cross check your inbox and spam folder before sending your query to us.
• Candidates are advised to join the online meeting link 10 minutes before the examination.
• A laptop with camera and microphone in working condition is mandatory. Camera should be TURNED ON during the whole examination.
• Any suspicious activity during the examination will result in disqualification.
• Institute will not be responsible for any internet connection issues from the candidate’s side during the examination. Therefore, kindly ensure proper internet connectivity for the whole duration of the examination.
