To Reach the venue

From Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (54 Kms)

Head north towards Mumbai Hwy/NH 65, Via Kukatpally, Patancheruvu
Merge onto ORR and Take exit towards Mumbai/NH65
Drive to Mumbai Hwy/NH 65 for 15 km, you will find the sign board of IITH on Right side

From the Airport (RGIA) (64 Kms)

Get on ORR in Gandiguda from Airport Approach Road
Follow ORR to Muthangi, Hyderabad. Take exit 3 from ORR
Drive to Mumbai Hwy/NH 9 for 15 km, you will find the sign board of IITH on Right side

From Secundarabad Railway Station (50 Kms)

Take SD Road to Old Airport Rd in New Bowenpally via Mahatma Gandhi Rd/NH 7
Reach Bhavani Nagar and drive to Mumbai Hwy/NH 65
Continue to drive on Mumbai Hwy/NH 65, you will find the sign board of IITH on Right side

Metro Route (52 Kms)

From Secunderabad Railway Station, walk 600 meters to reach Secunderabad-East Metro Station.
Purchase a ticket to Miyapur Station and change metros accordingly.
Disembark at Ameerpet Station, board a metro headed towards Miyapur, and then take a bus from Miyapur Bus Stop to Patancheru Bus Station. Follow signs to IIT Hyderabad in Sangareddy Town on the right side.

Stay within campus

IIT Hyderabad Guest house and hostel accommodation will be made available for booking through a Google form which will be mailed to registered attendees after verification process. This will take 5-7 days’ time from organisers. This will be on a ‘First come, First served’ basis until its filled.

Update on 26th Nov 2024

Accommodation form has been sent to registered participants until now via email. Please note that only the registered participants can avail the conference benefits (paper presentations, conference lunch and gala dinner). The registration verification process is continuous and will go on till the conference day.

Registered participants who wish to bring accompanying individuals to the IIT Hyderabad campus must write to icord25@des.iith.ac.in to request for the additional accommodation separately.

Accompanying individuals who are traveling with the registered participants at the IIT Hyderabad campus are not eligible to participate in the conference or avail its benefits. In order to avail the benefits to the accompanying individuals, they must pay and register as ‘non-author’ using the registration form and payment link.
