Registration

1. Each individual who wishes to attend ICoRD’25 needs to register by filling out the registration form (see further below) and by paying the registration fee (for exceptions, see point 4. below). The type of registration fee will be decided by the affiliation and not nationality.
2. For each paper, at least one author must register by paying the registration fee.
3. A single registration fee can be used by an author for up to two of his/her papers. If an author has more than two papers, he/she needs to pay separate registration fees for the additional papers.
4. Invited delegates still need to fill-out the registration form but do not need to pay the registration fee (except in some cases, see Q.9 in FAQ below). See FAQ below for more clarification.

The registration fee includes:

1. An electronic copy of the conference proceedings book from Springer
2. Conference Kit including conference documents
3. Access to all events in the conference programme
4. Conference dinner
5. Tea/coffee, snacks and lunch on all days of the conference

Please note that, the registration fees does not include Accommodation charges

* The final registration amount in INR adds 18% GST. The rate in the table excludes GST.

^* Charges for extra pages:
If your paper exceeds 10 pages, you need to pay an additional page charge for the publication. A maximum of 2 additional pages are allowed, i.e., the maximum size of the paper, including all sections, is 12 pages.

1. My paper ID is 106. There are three authors for this paper. We all want to participate in the conference. How many registrations will be required?
   Answer: Each of those who wish to participate in the conference will have to register by paying full conference fee separately. In your case, three separate registrations are required.
2. I have two different papers that have been accepted for ICoRD 2025. Do I have to register twice?
   Answer: No, you need to register by paying the registration fee only once.
3. I have three different papers that have been accepted for ICoRD 2025. Do I have to register thrice?
   Answer: No, you need to register by paying the registration fee twice, one fee to cover two papers and the other to cover the remaining paper.
4. I have four different papers that have been accepted for ICoRD 2025. Do I have to register four times?
   Answer: No, you need to register by paying the registration fee twice, one fee to cover two papers each.
5. Me and my co-author have one paper in ICoRD 2025. How many registrations will be required for both of us to attend the conference?
   Answer: A total of two registrations will be required (one registration fee per person).
6. Me and my co-author have two papers in ICoRD 2025. How many registrations will be required for both of us to attend the conference/present the paper?
   Answer: A total of two registrations will be required (one registration fee per person).
7. I am an Indian national having affiliation in a foreign institution/ organization. Under which category should I pay?
   Answer: If you have affiliation with a foreign institution/ organization, you need to register under the international category irrespective of your nationality. Similarly, if you are affiliated with an Indian/SAARC institution or organisation, you should pay the registration fee applicable to Indian/SAARC participants, irrespective of your nationality.
8. One of my co-authors has an international affiliation. I have already paid the registration fee for the submission and my registration. Which registration fee should my co-author pay?
   Answer: Each participant has to pay a registration fee as per the type of affiliation (Indian/ SAARC or International) of the participant. Kindly note that your co-author does not require to pay extra page charges (if applicable for the paper) if you have already paid these charges in your registration.
9. I am an invited delegate to ICoRD 2025 (Keynote Speaker, ICONN Awardee, Co-Chair, member of the Steering Committee, etc.). Do I have to pay registration fee to attend ICoRD 2025?
   Answer: If you are a (co-)author of a paper to be presented at ICoRD 2025 for which no other (co-)author has registered by paying the registration fee, you must register by paying the registration fee. If that is not the case (you have no paper to be presented at ICoRD 2025 or your co-author has already registered for the paper by paying the registration fee), you do not need to pay any registration fee to attend the conference.
10. Can I transfer my registration to my co-author if I am unable to attend the conference?
    Answer: Yes, you can transfer your registration before the start of the conference. However, you need to inform the organisers at least one day before the beginning of the conference so that your registration is transferred to the other person.
11. Can I get my registration fee refunded if I am unable to attend the conference?
    Answer: No. Registration fees are not refundable.
12. How do I get my registration fee receipt?
    Answer: You will receive the receipt of your registration fee on your registered email.
13. How do I get my conference participation certificate?
    Answer: You will receive your e-certificate of participation within one week after the end of the conference, provided you have registered yourself and attended the conference.
